In a recent eNPS survey we asked Productboarders if they would recommend Productboard as a great place to work. We scored 93. A score of around 30 is considered good and one above 50 is considered excellent. Companies like HubSpot, which are heavily invested in company culture, have an eNPS of 83.

Each employee has an additional nine paid sick days, which are related to both physical and mental health, and everybody has access to our mental wellness program.
We try to base benefits on the actual needs of the employees, so we often ask them through internal surveys what would make the most sense for them. Based on that they have access to catered food, fully stocked fridges, vouchers for food delivery, contribution to health & wellness, exceptional parental support and many more. We are constantly improving our benefits package because unpredictable situations happen. However, we are always guided by our values – in our world products matter, but people matter more.
