Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Manager to support our high-growth business and be a force multiplier for our distributed teams. As an early member of the Strategic Finance team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive ROI-driven decision making. This is a high-impact role that requires a general athlete who can build rapport and earn trust cross-functionally and across our distributed team.   • Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers, especially for the EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) teams, and partner with them in quarterly and annual strategic and financial planning discussions.
  • Provide analysis and conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues and manage financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting, and tracking performance.
  • Driving the roadmap for future EPD Strategic Finance initiatives including Hosting forecast and measuring ROI for EPD investments.
  • Facilitate and support ad-hoc projects and analyses including, but not limited to: supporting the launch of new product lines; pricing and margin analysis; driving internal initiatives to improve data infrastructure and reporting.
  • Continually improving our operational and financial forecasting process and accuracy. You will work closely with our operations and people partner teams to ensure our operational and financial planning processes run smoothly and are clearly understood across the organization.
  • Provide real-time visibility into the unit economics of our business as a whole and by segments and identify opportunities to improve our GTM motion.
  • Prepare analyses and materials to communicate business performance and trends to the executive team, board members, and investors.


  • 5+ years of total experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, strategic finance at high-growth SaaS business.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with great attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. Direct company FP&A experience partnering with business leaders is a major plus.
  • Solid understanding of the key drivers of a B2B SaaS business.
  • An understanding of GAAP accounting and corporate finance principles.
  • Ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and deep-dive analytical problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
  • A motivated self-starter with a high sense of ownership.
  • Strong academic background from top college or MBA.
  • Nice to have a working knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite, Looker, SQL.
  • Someone who is based in Prague, London, Ireland, or New York or willing to relocate.
