What does it take to deliver valuable products to your customers all around the world? What are the most important aspects of product management and why do you need to be passionate about them? Let’s talk about how we at productboard use the “product excellence” approach to get the right products to market faster.

Previously a Product Owner at PwC CZ, Martin Matuš is now a Product Manager at productboard currently focusing on the user on boarding experience and integrations strategy.
Talk 2: Jan Kucera, Product Manager, Socialbakers
As a Product Manager, your primary goal is for your product to be useful and successful. How do you make sure you reach that goal? How do you make sure you will delight your customers? Jan will share how Socialbakers are making sure they are developing the right products.
Jan Kucera, is currently a PM at Socialbakers leading the Content Intelligence and Paid Analytics teams
Talk 3: Štěpán Vesleský, Product Owner
From his previous experiences as the Head of Product & Marketing at Democracy 21 to his current position as Senior Product Owner at MSD, Štěpán will share how his product management perspectives differ from startup to corporate.
