productboard and HubHub are excited to host a Slack App hackathon on the 27th of April! If you want to learn more about how to build Slack Apps and build one this is a great opportunity.
Slack is considered a productivity booster in companies. Slack Apps push that to the next level. You can build everything that you need and improve company productivity even more.
In productboard, we have a few Slack Apps which help us with our daily tasks or help us with transparency. Also, we have an app for our customers to share insights from Slack into productboard.
We’d like to spread this love for Slack Apps.
This will be pure hackathon and we’ll hack Slack App, there will be a presentation in front of a jury. Winners will pick open source project and productboard donate them.
After that, we’ll start hacking! Any improvements you always wanted to implement but didn’t have the time? Let’s spend a solid hour or two and get it done. Your future self will thank you! ?
There will be a topic for hackathon and it will be announced later.
