Overview

The Attio integration, built by Attio, lets go-to-market teams submit customer feedback to Productboard from inside their CRM. What a customer said in a call or an email reaches the product team with its context attached, while the conversation is still fresh.

Capture feedback from any record

Activate the integration from a person record, company record, call transcript, or call summary. Attio pulls the associated customer context into the submission form for you.

Pre-fill feedback from transcripts

Highlight a passage in a call transcript or summary before activating the app and it's inserted into the feedback field automatically. The customer's words arrive verbatim, with no copy-paste.

Tag and submit structured feedback

Apply your existing Productboard tags and submit. The feedback lands in Productboard attributed to the customer, ready to link to features and initiatives.

Setup

A Productboard admin authorizes the connection once. After that, any Attio user can submit feedback.

  1. In Attio, open your integration settings page and add the Productboard app. It's also listed in the Attio App Store.
  2. Have a Productboard admin authorize the connection, granting the app permission to create feedback.
  3. Open any record, transcript, or summary in Attio and start submitting.
