Analyze App Store reviews alongside the rest of your product feedback

Overview

The App Store integration pulls your app's Apple App Store reviews into Productboard as pieces of feedback, next to what you hear from support tickets, sales calls, and other channels. No Apple developer account or authorization required.

Automatic daily import

Reviews are pulled from the App Store once per day, and each piece of feedback links back to the original review for full context. After setup, the first reviews appear within 24 hours.

Filter by star rating and source

Each imported review carries a tag with its star rating, so you can triage by satisfaction level on any insights board. Filter by the App Store source to isolate mobile feedback from your other channels.

Track competitor apps

Add any app's Bundle ID, including competitors'. Their public reviews import the same way, giving you a competitive read alongside your own app's feedback.

Setup

Productboard admins can add the integration. No Apple developer account or credentials are required. Reviews are fetched from the US App Store.

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → App Store.
2. Click Add integration.
3. Enter the app's Bundle ID (for example, com.productboard.productboard) or paste the full App Store URL.
4. Click Save. Saving triggers an immediate fetch, and reviews appear within 24 hours.
5. Repeat to add more apps, including competitor apps.
