Own conversion KPIs (leads, MQLs, signups, booked demos) for Spark throughout the funnel and drive continuous improvement through data-driven experimentation across website, email, in-product, and social channels
Design and implement high-velocity experimentation roadmaps utilizing A/B and multivariate testing to optimize messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and funnel conversion across paid and organic channels
Partner with Product Marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns that position Productboard Spark for the AI era, including launch campaigns, beta announcements, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content
Manage paid media strategy and budget allocation across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels, optimizing for awareness and direct response outcomes based on performance data

Conduct market research, monitor competitive landscape, and identify industry trends to inform growth strategy and positioning for AI-powered product management tools
Champion data-centricity and growth best practices across the organization, building scalable processes and frameworks that can be leveraged company-wide
Develop and execute product-led growth (PLG) marketing strategies that drive self-service acquisition, activation, and expansion throughout the customer journey
Build and nurture vibrant product management communities including online forums, Slack/Discord communities, user groups, and ambassador programs that drive organic growth and product advocacy
Create and scale organic traffic growth programs through SEO optimization, content marketing, community-generated content, and strategic partnerships that increase discoverability and inbound leads
