As a Sr. Enterprise Outbound BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine, identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise prospects. You’ll come into the office each day with a clear focus on generating qualified conversations with enterprise prospects that translate into pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where creativity, persistence, and a deep understanding of the product management space and the challenges PMs face everyday matters. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Enterprise Account Executives to craft targeted outreach campaigns and turn cold prospects into warm opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting leveraging channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and social to generate qualified meetings with enterprise organizations.
Research and build account intelligence to inform personalized outreach that resonates with prospects.
Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and more to manage outreach and track performance.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on messaging, campaign targeting, and persona development.
Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to understand your territory, prioritize accounts to target and define swimlanes around pipeline generation.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Leverage AI to augment your skills, empowering yourself to maximize efficiency by putting AI to work on your behalf (think: streamlining account research, summarizing call outcomes, drafting email copy, etc.)
Requirements:
1–2 years of outbound sales development experience.
Experience in a B2B SaaS company and selling enterprise software is a big plus.
Familiarity with product management concepts and terms and can speak a prospect's language using persona specific terminology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; candidates should be comfortable with crafting compelling outreach and able to navigate high-level conversations with executives.
Strong research and personalized outreach skills.
Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Qualified, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.)
Self-motivated, curious, and resilient.
