The UserEvidence MCP connector lets Spark search your UserEvidence library through conversation. Ask for testimonials, case studies, and survey-backed statistics while you're building a launch narrative, writing a release announcement, or answering a sales-driven feature request.

Find the evidence you need

Ask Spark for testimonials from enterprise customers, case studies from a specific industry such as healthcare, or the proof points you have about a theme like implementation speed. Search your library by customer, segment, industry, or claim, and get back the quotes and statistics that match.

Put proof into specs and announcements

Ask Spark to find a customer quote that supports a claim, then use it where you're already writing — as supporting evidence in a feature spec, or as a testimonial line in a release announcement. The search and the writing happen in one conversation.

Scoped to your UserEvidence account

Spark retrieves evidence based on what your connected UserEvidence account can see. Connecting the account grants Spark no access beyond it.

Setup

Any Spark user can connect UserEvidence. No admin setup is required in Productboard.

From any Spark chat, open the connectors modal, click Connect next to UserEvidence, then complete the sign-in on UserEvidence's page and authorize access. You'll return to Productboard with the connection active in every Spark chat.
