Ask Spark to run funnel, retention, and cohort queries against your Mixpanel project.
The Mixpanel MCP connector lets Spark run live analytics queries against your Mixpanel data through conversation. Ask about a funnel, a retention curve, or a cohort while you're prioritizing, and the answer comes straight from your Mixpanel project. Each user authenticates with their own Mixpanel credentials.
To sync Mixpanel cohorts into Productboard as user segments, see the Mixpanel integration.
Ask Spark to run an insights query, trace a funnel, map a flow, or check retention for a feature you're evaluating. Spark can also pull up an existing saved report or render the result as a chart. The numbers arrive in the chat where you're already working.
Ask Spark what a specific cohort looks like or how an experiment is performing before you decide whether to expand a rollout. Spark can also describe a cohort's schema and search prior experiments, so earlier results inform the current decision.
Spark queries Mixpanel with your own credentials and sees only the projects and data your account already has access to. If you can't see a project in Mixpanel, Spark can't see it either.
Any Spark user can connect Mixpanel. MCP access is on by default for free and growth accounts created after 1 August 2026. Other organizations need a Mixpanel admin to turn it on, and admins can disable it under Settings → Org → Overview.
From any Spark chat, open the connectors modal, click Connect next to Mixpanel, then complete the sign-in on Mixpanel's page and authorize access. You'll return to Productboard with the connection active in every Spark chat.
