Know whether your AI feature is good enough to ship

Ask Spark for experiment results, logs, and datasets, and get answers from live Braintrust data.

Overview

The Braintrust MCP connector lets Spark query your experiments, logs, and datasets through conversation. Ask about an eval's results or a production log while you're deciding what to build next, and the answer comes from live data in Braintrust. Each user connects their own Braintrust account.

Query experiments and logs in plain language

Ask Spark to find an experiment by name, list the datasets in a project, or run a query against your logs. The answer comes back in the chat, so you can check what an eval showed while you're weighing a roadmap decision.

Summarize eval results against a baseline

Ask Spark to summarize your latest experiment, including aggregated metrics compared against a baseline run. When you're deciding whether an AI feature is ready to ship, the eval numbers land in the same conversation where you're reviewing feedback and specs.

Scoped to your Braintrust permissions

The connector acts with the permissions of the Braintrust account you connect. Spark can reach only the projects, experiments, and logs that account has access to.

Setup

Any Spark user can connect Braintrust. No admin setup is required in Productboard.

From any Spark chat, open the connectors modal, click Connect next to Braintrust, then complete the sign-in on Braintrust's page and authorize access. You'll return to Productboard with the connection active in every Spark chat.
