Group notes on the Insights board with collections
As the number of user insights flowing into Productboard increases, you’ll need scalable systems to review and categorize them efficiently. Note views can help by grouping related notes on the Insights board so they can be found by the right product manager, triaged, and processed in less time. The end result is more actionable user insights on hand to guide prioritization and design.
Note views act like smart folders that are defined by a set of filters. For example, you could create a note view called Mobile to help you zero in on feedback about your mobile application that still need to be processed. To define this note view you could combine filters Content contains Mobile, Status is Unprocessed and Owner is Unassigned.
