Senior Full-stack Product Engineer (Growth Team)

Our Product Growth team in Prague is looking for a Senior Full-stack Product Engineer to drive improvements across activation, monetization, retention, and experiments with AI to deliver smarter, more valuable experiences to our customers.

About the Role

The Growth team focuses on making it easy for people to discover, try, and get value from our products. We work across the entire customer journey, from the first touchpoint through onboarding, engagement, and expansion. Our approach is iterative and data-informed, with a strong focus on shipping quickly, measuring impact, and learning fast.

You’ll help us identify friction, build impactful features, and use experimentation to improve how users activate and stay engaged. Your work will directly contribute to both the success of our customers and the growth of the business.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

  • Activation and Onboarding

    Help new users reach their “aha” moment faster. You’ll build and iterate on onboarding flows, setup guides, and in-product prompts that guide users to early success.

  • AI Experiments

    Collaborate on experiments that use AI to improve user experience. This could include smart setup helpers, personalized onboarding, or AI-generated suggestions that keep users engaged and help them discover value.

  • Monetization

    Contribute to how we structure and price our plans. This includes feature gating, upgrade nudges, and improving how customers understand the value of what they’re getting.

  • Retention

    Work with data and product partners to identify why users disengage. Then help build features and improvements that keep them coming back and deepen their product usage.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

  • Work with product, design, and data to identify and build high-impact experiments
  • Lead and contribute to growth initiatives focused on increasing activation, retention, and monetization
  • Advocate for scalable, reusable solutions that support fast-paced experimentation
  • Guide technical direction and mentor others on best practices in growth engineering

Our Tech Stack

You’ll work across the stack and have opportunities to dive deep where it matters.

  • Frontend: TypeScript, React.js
  • Backend: Ruby on Rails, Kotlin/Spring Boot, GraphQL, Kafka
  • Data and Storage: Postgres, Redis, OpenSearch, Snowflake, Looker
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Growth Tooling: LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, Frigade

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Engineering Background

    5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications. You’re comfortable working on both the frontend and backend.

  • Growth Mindset

    You care about the business impact of what you build. You understand metrics like activation, conversion, and retention, and you think about how to move them.

  • Comfort with Ambiguity

    You’re comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating when things don’t work right away.

  • Experience Working Cross-functionally

    You’ve worked closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to ship features that solve real problems.

  • Interest in AI

    You don’t need to be an expert, but you’re curious and comfortable building with new AI tools, and you want to explore their impact on the user experience.
