As a Product Success Partner, you’ll play a strategic role in driving customer growth, value realization, and long-term partnership success. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across our customers’ organizations to understand their priorities, co-create success strategies, and guide them through change, adoption, and transformation. Internally, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Support to ensure we deliver the right solutions at the right time.

  • Act as an extension of the customer’s team and build deep, consultative relationships
  • Plan and lead transformation programs with customers
  • Consult customers on best change management practices
  • Align our product’s capabilities and value with customer business goals and OKRs
  • Lead executive success reviews and value realization conversations

  • Ensure that key decisions throughout the program are documented and aligned with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the customers to co-define product operations frameworks, processes, and collateral to support the product teams and establish healthy rituals
  • Coordinate session scheduling, align necessary resources, and take ownership of follow-ups and overall program management.
  • Contribute to creating tailored documentation, drive change & adoption, aiding in the implementation of governance for Productboard usage
  • Provide regular updates on your book of business to keep internal stakeholders aligned on account progress, opportunities, and risks.
