People Analytics Partner

Prague

We’re looking for a dynamic and personable People Analytics Partner who can bring the best of both worlds - deep HR operational expertise and strong skills in systems and data analytics to our People Operations team.

This role is a blend of hands-on operational work and strategic, data-driven insights. One week, you might be designing dashboards, improving reporting accuracy, or building automations; the next, you could be knee-deep in operational projects like streamlining onboarding, responding to employee queries, or partnering with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on process improvements.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our People data. You’ll champion systems optimization, drive process efficiency, and make sure the data we use is reliable and actionable. Your work will help us make smarter workforce decisions, improve employee experiences, and operate more effectively as a team.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Analytical – confident in turning data into actionable insights

  • Operationally strong – comfortable navigating the full range of HR tasks and challenges

  • Tech-savvy – adept at using HR systems and automation to solve problems

  • Adaptable – ready to switch gears between long-term projects and urgent operational needs

If you thrive at the crossroads of HR operations, systems, and analytics, and enjoy variety in your work, this role offers the opportunity to make a big impact across our People and Talent teams.

On a typical day, you will...

Data & Analytics:

  • Analyze People data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Build engaging visualizations and reports to tell a story with data, making complex insights easy to understand.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to highlight trends and achievements using data storytelling.
  • Monitor key HR metrics to identify trends and proactively recommend actions.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

People Operations & Versatility

  • Support the People Operations team with general HRIS, compliance, and operational tasks as needed.
  • Step into hands-on work to keep things running smoothly — from data entry to helping deliver team-wide initiatives.
  • Balance time between deep data work and the practical needs of a growing People function.
  • Back-up to the Ops team, with maintenance of accurate and up-to-date people records that meet the people team's established processes and controls
  • Supports periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately

Systems, Processes, & Automation:

  • Drive improvements in HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting processes.
  • Lead data compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Champion automation initiatives, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual work through technology solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and HR functions to enhance systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and implement solutions that optimize processes.
  • Manage HRIS and other relevant platforms, ensuring data integrity, usability, and automation opportunities.
  • Provide support for company-wide HR programs/systems, guiding them through testing processes, and assist with cutover & go-live issues

Partnerships & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance to align People strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to foster a data-driven approach to employee engagement.
  • Proactively engage with other People teams to champion analytics-driven projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making across the business.

About you

  • Ability to tell a compelling story through data and insights.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel/GSheets.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Improvement-driven, always seeking better ways to do things.
  • A creative problem solver who thinks outside the box.
  • Proactive in driving initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to drive automation and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You can look forward to the following benefits:

  • Stock options
  • MacBook + 34″ monitor
  • Budget for online courses, books, and conferences
  • 5 weeks of vacation + sick days
  • 1 Volunteer Day per year for you to help causes close to your heart
