Overview

The SatisMeter integration sends customer survey responses into Productboard as feedback. What customers write in a survey joins the rest of your feedback for analysis, with no exporting or manual entry in between.

Auto-import survey responses

When a customer completes a SatisMeter survey — NPS, CSAT, CES, or PMF — the response arrives in your Insights inbox as a piece of feedback. There's no limit on the number of connected surveys or imported responses.

Tell surveys apart at a glance

Each imported response is tagged with its survey campaign name. Filter the Insights inbox by campaign or by the SatisMeter source to analyze one feedback set at a time.

Route responses automatically

Create automation rules that filter incoming feedback by survey title and assign it to the right owner. Each survey's responses reach the person responsible for acting on them.

Setup

A Productboard admin generates the access token, and someone with Admin or Editor rights in the SatisMeter project completes the connection there.

  1. In Productboard, go to Settings → Integrations, scroll to the APIs section, and click Access Token.
  2. Click Add Token and copy the token before leaving the page.
  3. In SatisMeter, go to Settings → Integrations → Productboard.
  4. Paste the token and click Connect to Productboard.
  5. Configure which surveys to import.
