Spark indexes your public help center articles and documentation, for access to detailed information about your product.
Public product docs is a Spark source that indexes your publicly available help center articles and documentation sites. When Spark answers questions, writes specs, or prepares release materials, it draws on what your product is documented to do today. A workspace admin adds the sources once, and every Spark user in the workspace benefits.
Workspace admins add the URLs of public documentation or help center sites in settings. There is no limit on the number of sources, and individual sources can be enabled or disabled without removing them.
Every source is re-indexed automatically each night, so Spark's knowledge tracks your docs as they change. A manual Reindex option triggers an immediate refresh after a big documentation update.
Ask Spark what's currently documented about a feature, then draft release notes, changelogs, or update summaries directly in Productboard. The output reflects the product behavior your docs describe.
Help center articles join customer feedback, codebase analysis, product strategy, and workspace documents as sources Spark draws on. Each source added gives Spark a fuller picture of the product.
Workspace admins can add public documentation sources in Productboard's settings. Sources must be publicly accessible URLs.
