Transforming from a project to a product mindset is key to building successful, customer-centric products. However, moving to a product mindset is often interpreted as adopting methodologies such as Lean and Agile to iterate quickly based on customer feedback. When we apply these methodologies to execute fast in the absence of a clear vision and strategy, our products become fragmented, and driven by irrelevant metrics – in other words, they catch “product diseases.”

In this thought-provoking session, the author of Radical Product Thinking illustrates through a concrete example how an iteration-led approach goes awry. She then offers a step-by-step approach to turning things around.

Watch this Productboard webinar with guest speaker, Radhika Dutt, author of Radical Product Thinking, to hear how to:

  • Diagnose common product diseases that you might be experiencing
  • Rally your organization around your vision and spread your influence cross-functionally
  • Guide teams around a product-led transformation so you can build successful products systematically

By the end of this webinar, you’ll have the practical knowledge of how to align your team and internal stakeholders in moving to a product mindset so you can build transformative and customer-centric products.

Thank you!
