Customizable field sharing settings

When you’re collaborating with many people out of the same Productboard workspace, you may wish to protect sensitive information or conceal product plans that have not yet been finalized.

Customizable field sharing settings allow you to determine who has access to specific fields, like release groups, tasks, custom fields, drivers, and prioritization scores.

• Keep certain fields private, or allow only makers to access them. When ready, share with all of your colleagues.
• Carry out provisional roadmap planning using a release group that only makers have access to until you’re ready to share out.
• Keep prioritization criteria like drivers and prioritization scores private if they’re liable to be misinterpreted by stakeholders lacking context.
