As the Head of Product, Jordan owns the product strategy and roadmap, via high-touch client engagements/research and usage pattern data. At UtilizeCore he is responsible for the challenges facing the facilities service management market and developing innovative solutions to their complex and specialized workflows, margin management, and vendor & client network. Jordan believes in prioritizing the product team’s development, growth, and best practices through mentorship and training. In addition, Jordan has run advisory boards, Win/Loss analysis, and competitive analysis.
Prior to UtilizeCore, Jordan was Head of Product at Equip ID, a global SaaS provider of the facilities equipment intelligence, and the VP of Product at ServiceChannel, a SaaS platform to source, procure, manage, and pay for repair and maintenance services from commercial contractors.
Jordan holds an MBA and an MS with honors from Boston University, and a BS in Biology from Union College.
