Creating orderly chaos during discovery with storytelling

Synopsis

What does writing a book, doing a total house renovation, and working through the discovery phase of a product have in common? More than you think.

In this practical session Anna shares just that, and why you need to embrace the unknowns and the chaos during discovery in order to lay the right foundation for your product. Coming out of the session you’ll know how storytelling can be used to narrate the unknowns into an orderly chaos, as well as how storytelling can be used to extract the stories that really matter for creating the right product for the right people, in the right way.
