Synopsis

Product failure is all too frequent, costing billions of dollars worldwide annually. In this talk, we take a brief look at the why, what, and who of product discovery. We then dig deep into how we do continuous discovery at Productboard. We also walk through how Productboard supports you in continuous discovery efforts.

Our speaker

Kami has over 10 years of product management experience from a number of B2B SaaS startups. Currently, she’s a Senior Product Manager at Productboard and focuses on evolving the Insights offering, catering to almost 10k product makers weekly. Before joining the startup scene, Kami studied Business Psychology and Management in London. After graduating from the London School of Economics, she worked for several tech companies in London and Prague. She’s keenly familiar with the ups and downs a company may go through, whether it’s stagnation, bankruptcy or hyper-growth.
