Senior Product Manager - Scale

Productboard is designed to excel at digital companies, from early-stage startups to established enterprises. Still, we understand that large product organizations naturally face a set of challenges the smaller teams will not have. As an Enterprise Senior Product Manager, you will build new features that help product teams in larger organizations use Productboard seamlessly. Some of the initiatives you will shape:

• Ensuring that product makers from different product teams, contributors, and executive stakeholders can easily collaborate in Productboard
• Improving our permissions and user role system so that private work stays private
• Building solutions to reporting use cases of product leaders

You will help product teams working jointly on a single product collaborate better. Furthermore, your work will also enable teams in organizations that manage a portfolio of products with different lifecycles not to step on each others' toes. We can't wait for you to uncover new use cases we might solve for large customers in the future!

In this role, you will interact with our mid-market and enterprise audience of product managers and leaders. You will gather their insights, distill the most pressing challenges, and collaborate with a team of star engineers and designers on outstanding new solutions.

On a typical day, you will … 

• Lead one of our product teams, working closely with product designers and engineers to realize solutions that are remarkably easy to use while solving complex problems
• Talk to customers on a weekly basis, learning about their needs and pain points
• Research and prioritize use cases of large product organizations and their product personas
• Own the discovery and delivery of your product initiatives targeted at mid-market and enterprise product organizations
• Collaborate with product marketing on setting the go-to-market strategy
• Mentor other product managers on the team
• Get user feedback and love ❤️

About you

• 5+ years of experience in product management (with at least one year as a Senior Product Manager who can coordinate dual-track agile product development)
• Team spirit and great communication skills; you know how to align both with your product team and stakeholders
• Experience developing and evaluating product metrics and goals
• Experience shipping user-facing products

Bonus points for:

• Insight into how large organizations operate - either you worked in one, or you have experience adapting products for the enterprise
• Experience with B2B SaaS products
• A technical background
