Sales Operations Analyst

San Francisco

Productboard is currently seeking an experienced sales operations analyst to join our growing sales organization. 

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, data-driven and at their core a creative problem solver.  This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operation and will be vital in the success of the revenue organization and the company as a whole.

Being detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and having a good sense of humor are essential!

On a typical day, you will... 

  • Partner with the sales team becoming the go-to person for all sales operations related inquiries. Manage and respond in an efficient and timely manner to cases in the sales operations queue
  • Manage inbound lead flows and automate lead, contact, opportunity, and account routing in salesforce using LeanData
  • Own territory management function, including drafting sales territories, mainlining maps and territory assignments, account distribution, and associated data quality
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance organizations to develop new processes and systems to support go-to-market initiatives
  • Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business by building and maintaining team and company dashboards, reports, QBRs, and board decks
  • Drive operational efficiency with continuous focus on data quality and process improvement
  • Create and deliver tool and process training to the end-users and be a go-to subject matter expert for revenue organization

What you should have 

  • BA/ BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Recommended 2+ years of sales operations experience in a BtoB SaaS organization
  • Expert knowledge of excel and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Must have salesforce administration certification
  • Must have an expert knowledge of SDFC admin functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving is in your DNA! 
  • Familiarity with LeanData, Cloudingo, Looker, Intercom, Chorus AI and Outreach.io would be advantageous
  • Ability to thrive and adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market that will define the future of work
