Group Product Marketing Manager

Everyone deserves to work on products that will be used, enjoyed, and loved – products that matter. It’s Productboard's mission is to help product makers across the globe create exceptional products that deeply resonate with customers. With Productboard’s customer-centric product management software, every team can make things that matter – together. Over 6,000 companies of all sizes, from early-stage startups to established companies (like Toyota, Microsoft, Zoom, 1-800-Contacts, and UiPath), trust to help them understand what customers really need, prioritize what to build next, and align everyone around the roadmap.

To help us with this mission, we’re looking for a results-focused product marketing leader who brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, collaborative spirit, and get-it-done attitude to accelerate adoption and revenue. You’ll be in the center of the action – developing go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated narratives, influencing the roadmap, enabling customer-facing teams – and will have significant influence across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams.
What you’ll do
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, planning, and launches for Productboard’s new features and products, with a focus on driving business growth, user engagement, and adoption, partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing, enablement, sales, success, ops, and other teams
  • Drive positioning and messaging for existing and new features and products to showcase the power and value of the Productboard platform
  • Craft differentiated narratives and value props for our target personas, informed by user research, competitive intelligence, and product insights
  • Be the expert on Productboard’s products, use cases, and market and represent the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap and go-to-market strategies
  • Enable our customer-facing teams through impactful enablement, messaging, playbooks, and tools to help them reach their new revenue and expansion goals
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to execute campaigns to drive new business, product adoption, and expansion
  • Design effective packaging and pricing strategies by researching and analyzing market trends, customer pain points, and sales insights
  • Build and scale repeatable programs and processes that support the growing team
About You
  • 8+ years of related experience (marketing, product management, operations, or strategy), with 5+ years of product marketing in B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Experience managing direct reports, and coordinating and developing individuals to maximize impact.
  • Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills and an eye for good design who can succinctly translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with external and internal audiences
  • Structured thinker with a demonstrated history of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and mobilizing teams that span functions
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude who can navigate ambiguous situations and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment
  • Team-player who builds relationships across functions and can influence without authority
  • Creative energy, courage to throw out the playbook, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Technically savvy with regards to our products, solutions, industries we play in or capable of learning very quickly
  • MBA a plus

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, we still encourage you to apply!
