We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Manager to take charge of our Backend Engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining our internal back-office applications and integrations. As the team Manager, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, managing the delivery of high-quality software, and cultivating a collaborative environment within the team. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, enabling a rapid feedback loop to ensure efficient development cycles. If you possess a strong technical background, a track record of successful leadership, and a genuine passion for building reliable software solutions, this role presents an ideal opportunity for you.
