Productboard is searching for a Director of Business Development to help define our business development strategy and SDR team culture alongside our Sales Development Manager who will report to you.This is a critical role as we are quickly growing and scaling our sales teams. This role is responsible for the health of our sales pipeline and goal setting for the team. We receive a high volume of inbound leads, so you will manage our inbound process and help define our outbound sales motions. You will lead recruiting, training, and developing our SDRs in their sales careers to become part of our AE team. As Director of Sales Development you will also help with the relationship between marketing and sales. As the Global Business Development leader you will be a key member of our sales leadership team and report to the SVP of Sales.
