Demand Generation Manager (SMB)

Productboard is the leading product management system that helps product management teams to get the right products to market, faster. We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager, Demand Generation for our SMB segment who is experienced in crafting B2B integrated marketing plans and lead generation programs that drive pipeline growth. 

What you will do:

  • Drive growth within the small- and medium-sized business segment by creating and executing targeted marketing plans focused on driving qualified leads and opportunities
  • Rigorously test hypotheses and use data to drive decisions, working within an analytical framework to consistently measure and drive success
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data Analytics, and Business Operations teams to launch and measure new campaigns and initiatives
  • Support various marketing initiatives, including event, brand, and digital programs, as needed
  • Build and execute campaigns that focus on the buyer’s journey and drive engagement at each stage of the funnel through various channels

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation role
  • You can demonstrate experience and success in creating and executing B2B campaigns targeting buyers and influencers within small and medium-sized organizations
  • You have a deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics, methodologies, and technologies and are comfortable using business intelligence applications such as Looker, MAPs such as Marketo, and CRMs such as Salesforce, to access and analyze data
  • You have strong copywriting skills and can write and edit email, landing page, and ad copy when needed
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy working cross-functionally and bringing ad hoc teams together across diverse teams to execute campaign plans
  • You thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
