You would have the impact. You would be building all the processes from the scratch to support the candidate’s best experience ever. You would positively promote productboard’s employer brand.

We are thrilled to have someone, who is as much efficient as possible, who has a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough, who is passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at productboard has a unique and happy experience, who is not afraid to tackle any task we might have for you, whether it is looking after our ATS databases and making sure it is up to date, helping out with a new ways of searching for our new team folks, organize the interviews, process the offers, manage the sourcing channels and maybe know how to make our potential candidates excited about productboard during our hiring events.

How we work

We work in small cross-functional teams that usually consist of three developers, a designer and a product manager. The teams work closely together towards a specific customer need or business goal. We always make sure our features are innovative, delightful and easy to use.

As a recruiter you will be part of the full life cycle recruitment in one area starting with the discussion around what to focus on and why. You will play a role in creatively identifying and engaging top engineering talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. Above all, you will be responsible for our most meaningful asset – our people.

What we do beyond shipping features

We take pride in our craft and always strive to improve our skills and tooling. We aspire to host our own meetups. We also like to share our experiences with others at various meetups and conferences.

We live to hire the best people, but for other things as well! We are social creatures and we like to hang out with others talking about stuff that is not just pixels. We have regular team breakfasts and dinners, but we also like to get out of Prague from time to time so we organize team offsites – both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
