productboard named a Rising Star on the Forbes 2018 Cloud100 and why it matters

Yesterday productboard was named one of 20 Rising Stars as part of the Forbes 2018 Cloud100, the definitive list of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world, published by Forbes in collaboration with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures. The 20 Rising Stars represent young, high-growth and category-leading cloud companies who have raised less than $25 million to date and are poised to join the Cloud100 ranks.

It’s an honor to be featured alongside some of our partners like Slack and Zapier and strategic investors Intercom and InVision. We’re also humbled to be recognized as one of the most promising cloud companies. But what’s truly incredible is how many of our customers have been recognized as well. We would like to congratulate Algolia, Auth0, Braze, Freshworks, Hootsuite, Intercom, UiPath for being recognized on the Cloud100 list as well as Gong for being listed on the Rising Stars list. We believe it’s no coincidence that such customer-driven product-led companies are finding success. In this era, there is no substitute for pursuing product excellence through deep insight, a clear strategy, and an inspiring roadmap!
