Productboard wins three “Best Places to Work” awards from Comparably

We’re excited to share that Productboard has been recognized by Comparably across three separate honors — best CEO for diversity, best leadership, and best opportunity for career growth. These awards from Comparably, a website dedicated to workplace transparency. Rankings are based on employee evaluations, which rate a number of cultural aspects in the company, including satisfaction with pay, benefits, and leadership. More than 50,000 small, mid-sized, and large companies operating in the U.S. have profiles on the Comparably platform.

“The recognition from Comparably means a lot to us at Productboard. From the beginning, we’ve wanted to build a team with the best people, not only in terms of professional skills but also in terms of morale,” said Hubert Palan, Co-founder & CEO of Productboard. That’s why we continually invest our attention, time, and money in the development of both management and each individual employee, as well as in building an inclusive environment. We’re proud to see these values reflected in the evaluation of our employees.”

In the last seven years, Productboard has grown from a small startup to a global company with more than 250 employees of 33 different nationalities and 4,500 customers worldwide. We are driven by our core values of Relentless Improvement, Empathy, Transparency, Clarity, and Togetherness — and we aim to exhibit these every day at work. Fueled by our new investment, we’re hoping to bring these values to a new office in Dublin and grow our teams in Prague, San Francisco, and Vancouver. We’re looking for talent across every function, from product and engineering to customer success, sales, and marketing.

If you’re looking for a new gig at a growing, international tech company, we’d love to hear from you. Come join our team
